Each fall the Junior League of Greater New Haven hosts an exciting Wine Tasting and Live and Silent Auction to support the League and its community projects.  The Sixth Annual event was held at the New Haven Country Club on November 12, 2009, and boasted such items at a personal slot machine, a weekend rental of  a sleek Porsche Boxter, dozens of spa packages, golf outings, and much more.  Nearly two hundred people attended the event, which offered wines provided by Connecticut Distributors.  Jocelyn Maminta, sustaining League member and anchor at News Channel 8, served as mistress of ceremonies, and Eric Hummel served as the evening's live auctioneer.  Thanks to all of our sponsors who made the evening a huge success.  See below for pictures of the 2009 event.
