On a cold Saturday before the Super Bowl, Junior League members participated in the League's second annual Super Saturday Food Drive to benefit the Connecticut Food Bank.
Working in morning and afternoon shifts, Leaguers were stationed at the Stop and Shop in North Haven collecting donations and food for the area's hungry. And with such generous support from the community, participating League members raised nearly $350 and collected 1,947 pounds of food! Special thanks to committee chair and vice chair Andrea Williams and Brenda Santos for organizing such a successful event.
