Pitching in for the CMTs!

CMT1League members spent part of their February 17 general membership meeting assembling about 200 "CMT Survival Kits" for the students of Katherine Brennan School to get them excited and motivated for the Connecticut Mastery Tests.

In addition to assembling the kits - which included a juice box, a small bag of Smart Food popcorn, and a stress relief ball - members also decorated posters that will be hung at the school to offer words of encouragement. Committee members delivered the kits to Katherine Brennan School on March 1st to a very excited student body.  The School Co-op Committee would like to thanks all League members who participated for their support of this meaningful project! Next up: the committee will bring a New Haven Symphony Orchestra educational ensemble to the students of Katherine Brennan and Clarence Rogers Schools in April.
